Teaching Philosophy
I believe that the school experience should nurture social-emotional skills in each child and create joyful school memories. Following a model based on the Constructivist approach, I believe in the following things.
-Respectful, caring bonds with children and their families are vital for a wonderful school experience.
-Each child has unique strengths and various levels of language learning experiences.
-Instruction should be differentiated to provide challenge and support for all children to build on success.
-Rich experiences should be provided in language, mathematics, the sciences, the arts and storytelling.
